Italian collection

The books are amazing and perfect for teaching our 18month grandson Italian. He can hold the wand himself and explore what he is curious about. These books create a fun learning environment and a great way for adults to learn alongside their little ones . Bravo! Habbi Habbi

Engaging for self-directed play

I purchased the Japanese set for my seven-year-old and two-year-old, after my toddler fell in love with the rainbow on the cover of the First Words book. The older child enjoys exploring the books using the wand to activate the various descriptions and music. I love the attention to cultural details in the illustrations as well as the large number of elements on the pages that have associated spoken text. The younger child has been having a lot of fun with monolingual mode, using the wand to make the books say the names of different things. The set is simple enough to be easy to use, but it covers enough nuances to spark conversations between my older child and other adults with more knowledge of Japanese, for instance learning about the small doll on the house for good weather, or the words attached to counted objects that depend on the shape or size of the object.
